Curriculum

Our mastery worksheets are grouped according to concepts such that they facilitate understanding as well as application to PSLE word problems.

We analyse past PSLE papers and school exam questions in order to identify critical concepts essential to the PSLE.

Revision papers, timed tests and topical reviews are provided to evaluate content mastery, consolidate content knowledge and reinforce concepts learnt.

Students are also exposed to past PSLE questions during revision in order to familiarise them with the PSLE format and the different types of exam questions.

We focus on a conceptual approach and explicit teaching of word problems so that students can apply the concepts learnt in exam situations.

We ensure students understand the requirements of the PSLE maths paper and learn exam strategies so as to develop self-discipline and maths mastery.

We show students how to dissect and analyse complex and challenging word problems, and to select the most appropriate strategy to solve them. We help students to deepen their understanding of mathematical concepts in a systematic manner.

We equip students with tools to handle the mathematics exam paper with confidence and at the same time challenge them with higher order thinking skills. We help students to achieve mastery of concepts and examination skills essential for the PSLE.
