Book: Successful Work-Life Balance

This book published by Mums@Work(Singapore) and Ray Media Publishing is for the modern mum who is considering flexible work options. The book has 2 sections:

The Mumpreneur section – features a step-by-step useful guide on how to start your business. It includes real-life stories of Mumpreneurs (including helpful tips from each of them).
The Flexi-Work section – discusses some of the fundamentals of flexible work arrangements and includes real life suggestions from Employers and Employees, including our very own Director,June Imada Lee, and our Assistant Director (Centre), Alice Tan.

In the book, June shares that LiteracyPlus implements a variety of flexible work arrangements (FWAs) to help women manage having a career and raising a family at the same time. These arrangements have helped to increase productivity, retain valued employees and save on recruitment costs. A pro-family environment raises staff morale and contentment, creating a happier workforce with a lower turnover rate.
