November 2010 Parents Workshop

We held a PSLE preparation workshop on 15 November which received very positive feedback from parents whose children are in Primary Five and Six in 2011.

Mrs Sylvia Soh, a former teacher at Raffles Institution (in the Gifted Education Programme) who teaches in our Primary Five and Six classes, was the main speaker at the event.

Sylvia shared insightful tips on how to improve scores in each component of the English paper. She also talked about her personal experiences in helping her own children prepare for the PSLE, reminding parents to always enjoy English as a living language and not just as a subject to be passed on an exam.

LiteracyPlus-NLB Workshops

For the first time, LiteracyPlus brought our programmes to the public at Jurong Regional Library and Bukit Merah Public Library! Check out the happy faces of the children (and parents) below!
